  2. September is a great month for the mudflats south of Goeree Overflakkee.
This month discolered the samphire in a beautiful red color.
Before the sun rises, I'm already there with my camera ready, waiting for the first rays over the mudflats.

  3. I came across a beautiful piece of music and this inspired me to produce this slide show. I wanted to show the beauty of nature, plants, wild life, insects and of course landscapes that surround us on a daily basis. The slides have been randomly chosen from my vast collection taken in various parts of the world over the past couple of years.

  11. Iceland is now at V4, (Scotland was at V8 by the time it reached the Northern Ireland AV Festival in 2014 to win a PAGB Silver Medal. The judge offered some advice which I have taken this on board and I can now have the final version, for you to see. I'll post it in a new topic).

I have been showing 'Iceland' and 'Scotland' at the end of a talk I am doing on the club circuit, on 'Ten Top Things To Improve Your Photography' - by way of illustrating the points on composition. I now bring my own surround sound speakers (5) and huge sub woofer. The Iceland soundtrack, deep bass and high trebles, knocks their socks off! The feedback is often simply 'WOW', which is of course very nice to hear but doesn't really help. I have quietened down two sections, which some folk thought was too loud. Still work in progress...

All feedback, as always, is most welcome. I promise to take it on the chin and not get upset!
