Orkney is an archipelago off the North-east coast of Scotland. We had a fairly brief stay on Mainland, the largest island including Skara Brae, a Neolithic settlement on the west coast of Mainland, now a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Amongst places visited Scapa Flow and Ancient Standing Stones. -
